Product Overview

HIPPS refers to High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems. Our company's HIPPS is usually skid-mounted with two SIS cut-off ball valves in series, a set of pressure transmissions, and a multi-redundant high-precision logic controller.The SIS cut- off valve is controlled by a 2*2oo2 solenoid valve, and is equipped with a standard FISHER DVC6200SIS PST module. All circuit designs use a reliable redundant structure.

Product design features

1.The product adopts a maintenance-free metal sealing structure and is equip-ped with a detection hole.
2.Alldynamic sealing areas arewelded withnickel-based aloyto prevent corrosion.
3.The system as a whole reaches SIL 3 level through double valve series connection.
4.Thetransmitteruses 3SIL 3level productsand adopts2oo3 redundant configuration.
5.The final whole skid PFD verification reaches SIL3 level, and the response time is within 2 seconds.
