Product Overview
This product is a shut-off valve for ESD systems in the
petrochemical industry. The product is designed according to API, GB standards,
and has API, TS, SIL, Fire safe, explosion-proof certification. The product
adopts maintenance-free metal sealing structure, and the sealing materials
include HVOF, thermal spray, overlay welding, nitriding and so on. Supplied
with single-acting pneumatic or hydraulic actuators, all specifications are
capable of quickly closing the valve within 10 seconds of ESD triggering. The
control pipeline of the valve adopts a closed-cycle design, and the actuator
cylinder wall is completely isolated from the atmosphere, which can be used
normally in heavy rain or low temperature environment, achieving true IP56/IP67
protection.
Products can be equipped with explosion-proof cover, speed controller, PST
control module, solenoid valve 1oo2 or 2oo2 redundancy configuration according
to customer needs.
