Product Overview

Quarter swing valve control valves are an important part of the process safety system and can be classified as emergency shut-off valves (ESDV) or emergency relief valves (BDV) depending on function. It can cut off or open the pipeline fluid passage in time and effectively according to the on-site or remote transmission shut-off signal, so as to ensure the safety of production facilities and people. Hanwei emergency shut-off valves consist of quarter-turn valves such as ball valves or butterfly valves and single-acting pneumatic or hydraulic actuators. The ball valve adopts API 6D standard pipeline ball valve, and the butterfly valve adopts API 609 standard butterfly valve. The actuator is mainly composed of a spring return cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, equipped with a filter pressure reducing valve, a solenoid valve, and a valve position feedback switch, which can urgently cut off the valve when receiving a failure signal. At the same time, manual operation mechanism, local automatic control mechanism, valve action speed adjustment device can be attached for comprehensive control. When customers need, it can also be equipped with HIPPS (High Integrity Pressure Protection System), PST (Partial Stroke Test Device), etc.
