The discharge valve is mainly used to discharge materials at the bottom of storage tanks, reactors and other vessels, and the valve is connected to the equipment by flange and located at the bottom, eliminating the residual phenomenon of process media usually at the outlet of the container. According to the needs of the actual situation, it is divided into two working modes of upward expansion (HW-FJVS) and downward expansion (HW-FJVX) valve disc structure form: the upward expansion type is used for reactor discharge with agitator (frame type anchor type); The downward expansion type is used for reactor discharge in frame anchor agitators. The valve body cavity adopts the sealing surface of washout-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and carries out special treatment to make the surface hardness reach HRC48-52, which has the function of high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can protect the valve body from being washed and corroded by the medium when opening the valve. The sealing surface of the valve disc is surfacing cemented carbide, the sealing pair adopts line sealing, and the valve disc adopts a short stroke design, which ensures the sealing reliability of the valve and effectively prevents the material from scarring. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dyes, food processing and other industries.
