A brief introduction to the main working principle of electric ball valves

The electric ball valve is mainly composed of an electric actuator and a ball valve. The plug body is a spherical shape and has a 90-degree rotation action. The electric ball valve can perform functions such as throttling, closing, cutting off, switching, and changing the flow direction of the medium. It is a high-quality product with various characteristics such as pressure resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low flow resistance, long service life, and wide application range.
The working principle of the electric ball valve:
The electric ball valve is mainly operated by adjusting the electrical current in the electric actuator. The input and output signals of the electric actuator are 4-20MA and 220VAC standard signals. The motor group drives the gear, turbine, and worm gear to rotate with torque,
to control the opening and closing of the ball valve, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium or adjust the proportion of the valve core rotation, that is, the valve opening is proportional to the control of the fluid, or called percentage.
Applications of the electric ball valve:
The electric ball valve does not require manual operation but is intelligent operation. In the production process, environmental and site conditions determine all factors. The electric ball valve used in high-pressure, high-temperature or low-pressure, low-temperature environments is different. Please note the following points:
1. For low temperature and low pressure, the material does not need to be adjusted too much.
2. In high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, the electric ball valve should be made of materials that can withstand high temperature and high pressure, such as stainless steel and alloys. These materials can withstand high pressure and high temperature.
3. The internal parts of the electric ball valve need to be replaced to reduce damage to the valve core, and also facilitate the flow of the medium, avoiding coking and blockage of the electric ball valve.
4. When the electric ball valve is opened, some mechanical devices can be installed to avoid vibration, preventing the internal structure of the valve core from being damaged during the opening process.
